How It Works

Pricing

There is No Obligation!

For advance orders, no payment is due until we check with you a few days before your trip to confirm.
For "rush" orders, we will contact you to go over all of the details and arrange payment at that time.

We charge: $35 delivery fee* plus 20% of the total bill.
* only one delivery fee is charged when prepared meals are delivered along with groceries and/or liquor

It is strongly advised to plan ahead. We may not be able to fill "last-minute" or "day of" orders.

For orders placed in advance, we will call to confirm a few days before your trip. At this time we will collect information on your lodging and rental company to arrange to have access to deliver the prepared meals. Of course, if you booked your lodging through us, this process is streamlined.

Payment Options
    - We can collect credit card information and charge the card once the
       meal has been purchased and delivered
    - We can deliver and charge your card once you arrive at your rental
    - We do not accept checks
    - We do not accept cash - our drivers do not carry change

Meal Shopping

The prices listed are typically per person, exceptions will be noted. There are a couple of breakfast options near the bottom that serve two people. There are also kid's items near the bottom of the list on the "Meal Shopping" page.

Step One - Go to the Meal Shopping tab, then select what you want and "Add to Cart". At that point, you may adjust quantities and enter any details.

Step Two - Once you have completed your shopping list, go the to Review Order tab to double check quantities and instructions.

Step Three - When everything is correct, proceed to the Submit Order tab. Here you will enter contact information and we will receive an email detailing your order.

Step Four - We will contact you to go over all of the details of the order. For advance orders, we will check back a few days before your trip to confirm and to arrange for payment. For "rush" orders, we will call to go over the order and arrange payment.


Beer, Wine, and Liquor

Alcoholic beverages can not be pre-delivered. They may require a separate delivery charge. Someone with a valid ID must be there to receive the delivery.

We only deliver alcoholic beverages to guests of age 30 or above.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery to anybody for any reason.

We offer this service as a complement to the meal delivery. The amount of alcohol must be in proportion to the food being delivered. We place strict limits on the amount of alcohol we will include with an order.

For large liquor orders, we will refer you to a liquor store close to your accommodations or to another liquor store that delivers.

Payment for alcoholic beverages must be made at the time of the delivery by credit card and we will take a picture of the valid ID presented at the time of delivery for our records.
